I’m about to make my favorite snack of all time! Based on the Disney classic, I make a ga-gillion (I do!) and freeze them between sheets of wax paper. Straight out the freezer, they are amazing and somewhat nutritional. Use Vegan Graham Crackers if you can find them. You could also make mini Gingersnap Cookie bites! Nom Nom! Based on the blog for recipe:

Welcome to Platform 9¾

I knit and bake and put my heart and soul into good books. Who wants to come along on my journey to turn my house into Hogwarts? I post 90% tea and tea related photos, recipes, and reviews. The other 10% is for anything shiny that catches my attention. Always safe for work, now let me make you a good cup of tea....

set Gryffindors apart"
